Healing After Heartbreak is a virtual support group for women experiencing the end of a significant relationship and seeking a safe space to process sadness and release anger.

The group is designed for you to feel supported in your fear and grief and for you to be a compassionate witness for others navigating a similar experience. It’s also a place for you to remember how to care for yourself and to foster a new sense of identity.

Each session will include a grounding or relaxation exercise, an expressive art activity (drawing and writing), discussion questions, and processing time.
