I offer Yoga & Tarot workshops on the solstices and equinoxes at Limber Yoga Studio.
Winter Solstice Yoga & Tarot Workshop
Saturday, December 28 from 7-9 pm
Investment in yourself: $60
As we enter into the cold and dark of Winter, this workshop offers time to rest, reflect, connect, and rediscover what truly gives us joy and hope. We'll celebrate the longest night of the year through gentle yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and pulling tarot or oracle cards.

My Yoga Journey
I found yoga (or maybe yoga found me) when I was an insecure college student who was having frequent anxiety attacks. Yoga taught me to love and accept myself exactly as I am. It also gave me tools to manage stress and anxiety and increased my window of tolerance for doing hard things.
I became a yoga teacher to share its timeless healing power with people of any ability, age, ethnicity, size, or background. I’ve been practicing yoga for 12 years and completed my yoga teacher training in 2020 with The Grinning Yogi in Capitol Hill.
I am a trauma-conscious teacher who truly believes that if you can breathe, then you can practice yoga.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
