Session Rates
50-minute individual therapy or individual sex therapy: $160 per session
50-minute couples/relational therapy or couples sex therapy: $180 per session
50-minute premarital counseling: $150 per session
Insight Counseling accepts Premera Blue Cross insurance.
If you have any other insurance provider, Insight Counseling is considered "out of network". This means you may be able to be partially reimbursed by your insurance company for your sessions if you submit a superbill (this is basically a medical receipt which includes a diagnosis).
To find out if your insurance company provides out-of-network benefits for mental health, please speak directly with your insurance provider. Insight Counseling can provide you with complementary superbills to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement.
