Legal and Protective Services:
Adult Protective Services (APS): APS investigates and intervenes in cases of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults. Contact the APS hotline at 1-866-EndHarm (1-866-363-4276) if you suspect an adult is being mistreated.
Child Protective Services (CPS): CPS responds to concerns of child abuse and neglect. If you suspect a child is in immediate danger, contact 911. Otherwise, report concerns to your local CPS office or call the Washington State Child Abuse Hotline at 1-866-ENDHARM (1-866-363-4276).
