At this spring retreat, gather with like-hearted souls for yoga, guided meditation, journaling, drawing, conversation, and dinner. We will invite participants to make meaning through reflecting on their life story. Together we’ll create a space to look back on, bless, honor, celebrate, and grieve the experiences that have shaped us and identify sources of strength and support to move forward.
All yoga will be offered with a chair option. Please bring a mat if you would like.
Light dinner is included.
Bring a journal and pen.
Wear something that feels comfortable for sitting on a yoga mat.
